Geography

At Faringdon Junior School, we believe that Geography is about understanding the world we live in; we want to inspire a curiosity about the world and the people within it. At Faringdon Junior School we aim to promote the children’s interest and understanding of diverse places, people, resources and natural and human environments, together with a deep understanding of the Earth’s key physical processes. Through our Geography curriculum we aim to develop geographical skills and knowledge that are transferrable to other curriculum areas and will be beneficial to the pupils throughout their education and later life.
